During the beginning of the university course 2019-2020, meetings of directors of the Hestia Chair were held with the Deans of Health Sciences degrees, in order for the latter to share the verdict on the best work of Fi de Grau presented in their specialization. The awards correspond to the best note and valuation of those responsible for this assignment in each grade.
The aim of these awards is to give impetus to the career of a young researcher and to encourage students of these degrees to continue research, once their studies are complete.
In this first edition, we had the pleasure of awarding the award to three pupils:
Mar Naval, from Physiotherapy, for their work ‘Efectivitat de la Cinesiteràpia passiva per disminuir la prevalença de l’Osteopènia del Prematur: Assaig clínic aleatori‘.
Mar Carbonell, from Medicine, for their work ‘Topical Sandalore® 1% versus 5% Minoxidil solution and oral Finasteride 1mg in the treatment of Male Androgenic Alopecia: A randomized, multicentre, multi-arm, noninferiority clinical trial‘.
Laura Puig, from Nursery, for their work ‘Manejo y tratamiento de heridas crónicas mediante el uso de la cura en ambiente húmedo. Revisión de la literatura‘.
All three students have received, at their home, a prize worth EUR 150.
